IS REALITY EVEN A THING ?
Reality only is a subjectively filtered perception of the reflection of energy we are surrounded by and which manifests into the material.
By now we already know how much power our mind has.
It literally can ruin, enrich, guide or misguide your whole being and life.
As we appreciate our mind as the reliable tool that it „embodies,“ we can make sure it creates the „reality“ we want to live in.
To train our mind and to get ourself into a vibration we want to attract, and that is benefitting us on our unique path, we can use tools such as affirmations to raise our vibration and manifest the life we dream of.
I love using affirmations or writing manifestation lists.
I truly experienced the power of it and highly recommend these easy day to day tools.
They may seem a little bit mundane or silly because they are so small.
But the small things are what create our habits, and our habits become our actions, our actions reflect our character, and so these little things form our whole life.
When I look at the list of affirmation I wrote to myself a year ago and forced myself to repeat them over and over again, daily, weekly in front of the mirror to myself, even when I didn’t believe a single word of it, now I read this list and know that everything came true.
This touches my heart and gives me this cozy feeling of trust in the universe.
So I want to share the power and some examples and ways for affirmations with you. To open the world of their benefits to you to enable you to enrich your life through them.
There are two main ways of coming up with affirmations.
It somehow is the two ways how you can approach anything in life, I think.
through intuition or analyze
I use both but mainly intuition.
For that, I create a clear and safe space around me and feel/meditate.
I try to feel what I struggle with, what I desire, what I dream of, what and who I want to be.
I envision myself in the best and most successful way and my life how I dream it to be.
IMPORTANT: there are NO LIMITS !!
When I create affirmations and not manifestations I like to keep my statements more general and mostly on the „ I AM -,“ but feel free to do it however it feels right for you.
IMPORTANT: it all your affirmations are written in the PRESENT!!
Time actually is not existent in this universe.
We create the past and the present in our mind through memories and actually there only is the present moment which is continuously changing and evolving so basically everything that will happen and happened is happening at the same time aaaannndd… This is a whole other universe of topic but what I want to say is that you need to write things down in the present so you can attract them into your presence!
All statements have to be POSITIVE!
your brain can’t process a „not“ or „don’t.“
So when you say:
„I don’t want to be sad and lazy anymore.“
your brain will pick up on:
„I“ „want“ „sad“ „lazy.“
Means that is basically what you will attract more of into your life.
Instead, say f.e.:
„I am happy and productive“ -> present, „I,“ „happy“ „productive.“
The more analytical approach is just as valid and seems more comfortable in the beginning.
It also might be more suitable for people who are very much logical and in their mind.
I would recommend to journal about your current situation and then also about your dreams.
Through that, I am sure you can come up with some good ones for your current situation.
And last but not least I want to share with you my favorite affirmations, which helped and followed me along my journey and which I believe are very powerful and suitable for anybody.
